1. This website#
- The website sets no cookies.
- It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- It loads no scripts, fonts or other resources from third-party servers.
- Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (see the Privacy Policy).
When you choose to buy, you are taken to a checkout provided by Paddle, which runs under Paddle's own notices. See the Paddle Privacy Notice: https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy
2. The PanelCraft desktop app#
- Works offline. Designing, cut optimisation, pricing, quotes and exports run on your computer without an internet connection.
- Your data stays local. Projects are saved as files you choose on your computer. The client and quote database, imported images and licence state are stored in the app's data folder on your machine. We do not receive them.
- No telemetry. The app sends no analytics or usage data. [CONFIRM: no crash reporting or telemetry has been added]
- No remote content. The app loads only its own local content. It does not embed web pages or run remote code.
- Licence checks. The app contacts a licence service only to activate a licence key and to renew the licence from time to time. That request contains your licence key and a device identifier generated by the app. It contains no project or client data. Between checks the app keeps working offline (see the Licence Summary). The 14-day trial starts on first launch and works without any network request.
- Opening links. If you click an https link in the app, it opens in your normal browser.
3. What we hold about you#
Only what you give us: emails you send to hello@panelcraft.store, and purchase records, which Paddle holds as merchant of record. See the Privacy Policy.
