Every plan is the full PanelCraft desktop application for one user, for Windows and macOS. Basic covers design, parts and cutting. Pro adds pricing, quotes and clients. Studio adds room view, machining export and team features. Every installation starts with a 14-day trial of all Studio features.
No payment details are needed to start the trial.

What the 14-day trial includes
Every installation includes a trial with all Studio features: freeform design, cutting, pricing and quotes, clients, PDF documents, room view, machining export and team features. No payment details are needed to start it.
The trial begins the first time you launch the application and runs for 14 days, counted so that day 14 is still included. The status bar shows how many days are left. When the trial ends, the paid features stop until you activate a licence. Your project files stay on your computer; they are yours and the application does not delete them.
Use the trial on a real job, from drawing to quote to workshop pack. That is the best test of whether PanelCraft fits how your shop works.

How billing works
Plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep your plan until then. A price change is announced in advance, before it applies to your next renewal.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle processes your payment, calculates and collects taxes (including VAT) and issues your invoice.
If it is your first purchase of any plan, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, with no questions asked. This includes annual plans. Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. The details are in the refund policy, and the licence terms are in the terms of use.

Which plan fits
Basic is for a workshop that mainly needs the cut list: you design, get the parts and the nested sheets, and export them as CSV and SVG. Pro is for a shop that also sends quotes: it adds the estimate, the exact quote, client records and every PDF document, including the quote, labels and drawings.
Studio is for shops that machine parts or sell with pictures: it adds the machining DXF and CSV, the room view in the customer’s photo and team features. If a cutting service machines your sheets, the machining export is what you give them.
Start with the trial, look at what you actually use, and pick the cheapest plan that covers it.

Is there a free plan?
There is a 14-day trial with all Studio features and no payment details. After that you choose Basic, Pro or Studio.
What does annual billing cost?
Basic EUR 190, Pro EUR 390 and Studio EUR 790 per year, which is ten times the monthly price.
Are taxes included?
Prices are shown without tax. Applicable taxes (VAT or sales tax) are calculated and added at checkout by Paddle, based on your location, and appear on your invoice.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles the payment, taxes and the invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Can I get a refund?
If it is your first purchase of any plan, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, with no questions asked, including annual plans. See the refund policy.
Does a licence cover several computers?
A licence is for one named user, who may install PanelCraft on their own computers up to the device limit of the licence. For several people, each user needs a licence. See the licence summary.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The application runs locally. It checks your licence online from time to time and keeps working through short periods without a connection.
What happens when the trial ends?
Paid features stop until you activate a licence. Your project files stay on your computer; they are yours, and the application does not delete them.
