1. About these terms#
These terms govern your use of the PanelCraft website and software ("PanelCraft"), provided by [SELLER LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], [COMPANY REGISTRATION / TAX ID] ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or purchasing PanelCraft you agree to them. The licence to use the software is also described in the Licence Summary.
2. The product#
PanelCraft is desktop software for designing furniture and panel-based projects, producing parts lists, cut layouts, quotes and related files. It runs on your computer and works offline.
3. Trial#
On first launch the app starts a 14-day trial with all Studio features. After the trial, paid features require an active licence.
4. Plans, prices and billing#
- Plans: Basic, Pro and Studio, billed monthly or annually. Prices are shown in EUR on the pricing page: Basic 19 EUR per month or 190 EUR per year, Pro 39 / 390, Studio 79 / 790. Taxes are calculated and added at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We will announce price changes in advance. A new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period, and you may cancel before then.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
5. Paddle as merchant of record#
Our order process is run by Paddle.com Market Limited, the merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, tax and VAT, and invoices, and sells the licence to you under the Paddle Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Paddle processes your purchase data under the Paddle Privacy Notice (https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy).
6. Licence and acceptable use#
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PanelCraft according to your plan, as described in the Licence Summary. You must not break the licence terms, circumvent licence checks, or use PanelCraft unlawfully.
7. Your content#
You own your projects, designs, client data and exports. They stay on your computer. We claim no rights to them. You are responsible for backing them up, and for the accuracy of dimensions, materials, prices and quotes you produce and for checking results before manufacturing.
8. Intellectual property#
PanelCraft, including its code, design and documentation, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms give you no rights beyond the licence.
9. Availability and changes#
We may update PanelCraft, change features, and will give reasonable notice of material reductions to a paid plan. Licence checks may need the licence service to be available; the app keeps working offline for the grace period described in the Licence Summary.
10. Warranty disclaimer#
To the extent permitted by law, PanelCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Cut layouts, estimates and machining files are aids: verify them before cutting material or machining.
11. Limitation of liability#
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from PanelCraft is limited to [LIABILITY CAP, e.g. the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim], and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, fraud or intentional misconduct, or your mandatory consumer rights.
12. Termination#
You can stop using PanelCraft or cancel at any time. We may suspend or end a licence for material breach of these terms or for refund or chargeback of the purchase. Sections that by nature should survive will survive.
13. Changes to these terms#
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in advance, and the date above will change. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
14. Governing law and disputes#
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW]. Courts of [VENUE] have jurisdiction, without removing consumer rights to use the courts of your country of residence where mandatory.
